2 Peanut butter- Peanut butter is a nutrient-rich food containing high level of protein, several vitamins, and dietary minerals. It is typically served as a spread on bread, toast, or crackers and used to make sandwiches (notably the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches). In market there are two types of peanut butter first is normal peanut butter and second is chocolate peanut butter. 3 Banana – Banana is a very popular fruit due to its low price and high nutritive value. It is consumed in fresh or cooked form both ripe and raw fruit.
